1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website (the "Site"), operated by BDF Floors, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Use of the Site

The Site is here to tell homeowners about our flooring services and let them request an estimate. Please use it only for lawful purposes, and do not submit false or misleading information, or someone else’s details, through any form on the Site.

3. Estimates & Services

An estimate request sent through the Site is not a contract. Pricing, timing and the scope of work are set out in a written quote after we see your home, and nothing is agreed until you accept that quote. BDF Floors may decline any project.

4. Prices & Offers

Prices on the Site, such as “from $6 a square foot,” are starting prices. Your price depends on the floor you choose, the size of the job and the condition of the subfloor, and is set in your written quote.

Offers on the Site, including free installation when you buy your floor from us, come with conditions. The full terms are on our flooring samples page. Offers can change or end at any time, and apply to quotes accepted while the offer is running.

5. Samples, Photos & Reviews

The flooring samples shown on the Site are our supplier’s product photos. Colors look different on different screens and in different light, so please judge a color from the physical sample we bring to your home. Photos described as our work are floors we installed. Customer reviews are shown as the customers wrote them.

6. Intellectual Property

The content on the Site, including text, photos and design, belongs to BDF Floors or the people who license it to us (such as our flooring supplier), and may not be copied without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

We work to keep the Site accurate and up to date, but we make no warranties, express or implied, about the completeness or accuracy of its content, and your use of the Site is at your own risk. Warranties on any work we do are the ones written into your quote or contract.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time and will change the date at the top when we do. Using the Site after an update means you accept the new terms.
