Why we only do one thing
Most flooring companies sell you six categories and subcontract five of them. The crew that shows up has never met the person who quoted the job, and when something goes wrong there are three numbers to call and nobody who owns it.
We handle every step ourselves: subfloor prep, product selection, install and finish work. That’s a smaller business by design. It also means the person who measured your floor is accountable for how it turns out.
Houston homes make that worth more than it sounds. Flood risk, humidity and slab-on-grade construction change how a floor should be prepped, and most flooring advice written for the rest of the country doesn’t address any of it. We plan around what’s actually under your house.
A written scope, before anything starts
Materials, labor, transitions and trim, itemised. You can put it next to another quote line by line, which is the only way to see what someone left out.
Licensed and insured
Proof of insurance available on request, before work starts. Ask us, and ask whoever else you’re considering.
We move the furniture
Moving it, protecting what stays, and putting it back is part of the job, not a line item that appears on the invoice afterwards.
No pressure at the walkthrough
The estimate is free and there’s no deposit to get one. If we’re not the right fit, we’d rather you find out on a Tuesday than mid-demo.
